It's been over a month of waiting and this is unacceptable as my wife needs to be cared for and taken to her oncologist for cancer treatments at U of M hospital. Instead of Rich contacting me of the status of the module, I've had to keep calling and then Rich never calls back when he says.
I went out to the shop to put half of the deposit for the engine and then was told that the engine was fine, but it was the engine control module that was in need of repairs. Initially I was told that the engine may need to be replaced with a price tag of $2700.00. This took place on October 16th of 2019 and all I've been getting about this problem is the runaround from a mechanic named Rich. I drove my 2000 Volvo S80 to get it diagnosed because the engine kept missing even after new parts were replaced.
